Refund policy

We have a 30-day 'return policy', which means you have 30 days after receiving your work to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, please contact us to talk about why you are not happy - we want everyone to feel great about the work they have done!

In general we do not give refunds unless there is a visible error in our work and if there is a refund it will normally be only partial.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve processed any refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at abbie@headlineinc.co.nz.
